ORDER CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR
FLORIDA’S TUITION AND FEE EXEMPTION
THIS CAUSE comes before the court to determine
.....(name).....’s eligibilty for the tuition and fee exemption
under Chapter 1009, Florida Statutes, and the
court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that .....(name).....
is eligible, under Chapter 1009, Florida Statutes, and
therefore exempt from the payment of tuition and fees,
including lab fees, at a school district that provides
postsecondary career programs, community college,
or state university.
