8.935 Order of Incompetency
ORDER OF INCOMPETENCY
The above-named child being before the court for
inquiry into .....his/her..... mental condition and a determination
of .....his/her..... competency to proceed
with an adjudicatory hearing, from the evidence
the
court finds:
That the said child is mentally incompetent to proceed
with the adjudicatory hearing.
It is, therefore, ADJUDGED that proceedings
shall be commenced immediately for the involuntary
hospitalization
of this child by ...................., as provided
by law, and the said child shall .................... pending
disposition of those proceedings.
All proceedings in this case are stayed pending such
