8.145 Supersedeas on Appeal
(a) Granting of Supersedeas. The court in considering
the welfare and best interest of the child and
the interest of the public may grant a supersedeas
in its discretion on such conditions as it may determine are
appropriate.
(b) Preeminence of Rule. This rule shall be to the
exclusion of any other court rule providing for supersedeas
on appeal.
