The court shall determine the validity of a challenge

any other evidence material to such challenge.
Committee Notes
1968 Adoption. The suggested rule is essentially a transcription
of sections 913.06 and 913.07, Florida Statutes, except for the first
and last sentences.
1972 Amendment. Same as prior rule [but some terminology
has been changed].
