Michael Moore Dear Honorable Judge I am addressing you with due respect to state the following: Mr. Harlon Ansley Parchment, an American citizen who not only defrauded me by paying off a debt he owed me with checks had no funds,but he also lied under oath by stating that I falsified his signature.How is it possible for this act to go unpunished? Likewise, Mr. Thomas G. Schultz, an authority appointed by your Honor as the Official Receiver, knew about the document which belies Mr. Parchment in regard to the signatures on the checks, because I presented such document from the beginning of the case together with the claim form.(HAYWOOD FORENSIC DOCUMENT EXAMINATION) REPORT OF EXAMINATIONS 9/29/2003 YOUR NO: 03-6552 RESULT OF EXAMINATION " IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES , HARLON A. PARCHMENT" ON Q1 THROUGH Q3 WERE WRITTEN BY HARLON A. PARCHMENT".signature CHARLES L. HAYWOOD, B S., M.F.S. This documentary evidence is conclusive and he simply got rid of it and prepared his defence based on Mr. Harlon Parchment`s theory by hiding evidence and lying to this Honorable Court as well as to other Courts inducing them to error to achieve his devious purposes, taking advantage of the fact that I am not an attorney and unknowledgeable of the laws of the United States of America. "PROCEEDING PRO SE". For this reason I am respectfully requesting the Court to not allow situations like this one to remain unpunished and for the TRUTH to always prevail. SCHULTZ" este postulado para un reconocimiento como uno de los mejores abogados de U.S.A. si yo de forma pro-se le gane un caso sin ser abogado y sin ser ciudadano americano con un desconocimiento total de las leyes y la normativa vigente en ese gran pais. La verdad es que estoy asombrado y una muestra mas que en U.S.A. todo es posible. Como es posible que el señor “THOMAS G. SCHULTZ” este postulado para un reconocimiento como uno de los mejores abogados de U.S.A. si yo de forma pro-se le gane un caso sin ser abogado y sin ser ciudadano americano con un desconocimiento total de las leyes y la normativa vigente en ese gran pais.
